Introduction:

The Announcement bar is a versatile feature designed to help you effectively communicate important messages or promotions to your customers. Positioned prominently at the top of your storefront, this dynamic bar serves as a powerful tool for grabbing visitors' attention and driving engagement. In this section, we'll explore the various settings and customization options available for the Announcement bar, empowering you to create impactful messages that resonate with your audience.

Settings Overview:

The Settings Overview provides a comprehensive look at all the settings available within the Announcement bar section, offering users a clear understanding of how they can customize this feature to suit their specific needs.

Disable slideshow on desktop: Setting that gives the user control to disable the slideshow of the Announcement bar. If that setting is unchecked, the slideshow is turned on. If that setting is checked, all the text blocks (up to 3*) will appear at once. Please see the illustration below.
* If more than 3 text blocks have been added, the first 3 blocks will be visible on the Announcement bar.
Enable arrows: Gives the user the control to change the slides manually (if more than one text block has been added).
Enable autoplay: It enables or disables the setting for autoplaying the slideshow.
Change slides every: Give the user the control to modify the interval in seconds for every slide to stand on the screen. It can vary from 1 to 10 seconds.
Font size on desktop: Gives control over the font size for the desktop version. One of three possibilities is to be chosen: Small, Medium or Large.
Font size on mobile: Gives control over the font size for the mobile version. One of three possibilities is to be chosen: Small, Medium or Large.
Show closing icon: There are two options for that setting. It enables or disables the closing 'X' button on the right side of the Announcement bar.
Color scheme: With that setting, the user can choose the color scheme of the Announcement bar. For more information on setting up the color schemes, refer to Theme settings → Colors → Schemes.
